The Influence of Thrombosis and Anticoagulation Strategies on Pregnancy Outcomes in Women with a Fontan Circulation

Aims
This study seeks to define maternal, fetal and obstetric outcomes in pregnant women with Fontan relative to their thrombotic burden and associated use of antiplatelet and antithrombotic therapy and to determine risk factors for adverse maternal and fetal outcomes. The study additionally seeks to define placental pathology related to antiplatelet and anticoagulation strategies.

Progress
Currently, data collection has been completed. A total of 94 patients have been included from 15 centers.
